Terms and Conditions
As indicated at the time of your reservation, deposits are non-refundable and non transferable. Please also note that if you cancel your booking within 24hrs of your check in date, the full outstanding balance will be charged. We ask that guests wishing to make a cancellation do so by telephone followed by confirmation in writing.
If you would like to use a voucher as payment during your stay, all vouchers must be handed into reception upon arrival to redeem against your stay. If you do not provide us with the vouchers you will be charged in full for your visit.
Check in is at 3pm, and check out is 11am the following morning.
In order to comply with the GDPR regulation, we would like to assure you that we will not use your personal details without your permission for any marketing purposes. Should you wish to be included in any offers or marketing material please register your details via our website www.crabandlobster.co.uk. Our reservation system will hold your personal data no longer than 6 months after checkout, should you wish to be informed of the data we hold on your behalf you can request this information by contacting the reservation team at [email protected].
Please note, as a company policy, we do not accept cheques.

Wedding Contract, and Terms and Conditions
Once you have decided on the date of your wedding and your wedding requirements, we will make a provisional booking for you based on the minimum number of anticipated guests. At this time, we would recommend that you reserve any bedrooms that will be required (including the night prior) in Crab Manor for you and your guests.
In order to secure your booking, we will need written confirmation of your requirements and a (non-refundable) deposit of £1,000. Please note that a booking is provisional until your deposit has been received. Should another enquiry subsequently wish to book your provisional date, your deposit will be requested to confirm your reservation immediately.
Balance of payment
One month before your wedding day we will require a written confirmation of final numbers of your wedding party. At this point the balance of the total cost must be settled in full. The amount payable will be based upon the number of guests stated in your confirmation. You will be liable to pay all extra charges incurred (any goods or services provided by Crab Manor Hotel and Crab & Lobster Restaurant) on the day. The final number attending must be notified to us no less than 48 hours prior to the wedding
Crab and Lobster Restaurant Limited shall not be liable for any loss or damage to property owned by, or in the custody of, you or your wedding party. You are advised to arrange adequate insurance cover.
Crab and Lobster Restaurant Limited will not be liable for any failure to comply with any contractual booking conditions to the extent that such compliance is prevented, hindered or delayed by any cause beyond its control, including but not limited to fire, storm, explosion, flood, Act of God, action of any government or governmental agency.
Client’s liability for damage
You shall be held liable for any damage or loss (including any costs or expenses arising thereby) suffered by Crab Manor Hotel and Crab & Lobster Restaurant as a result of the event.
